We are looking for a detail- and results-oriented purchasing expert to oversee the entire procurement process, from supplier selection and contract negotiation to order monitoring and delivery.
Responsibility:
- Manage the procurement of goods, materials, and services;
- Research, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers, including international vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or delays.
- Collaborate with Production, Logistics, and Finance departments to ensure efficient purchasing processes:
- Maintain accurate records and procurement reports;
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role;
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills;
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office (ERP systems, Excel, etc.);
- Â Good command of English (written and spoken);
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
