Our Client is a fast-growing subsidiary in the field of R&D, production, technology development and sales of innovative, high-quality raw materials and ingredients for the cosmetic and nutraceutical industries.



With a view to a organization of the Sales Department, we are looking for a Sales Manager specialized in the cosmetic raw material market for the management of the North American territories.



Reporting to the Sales Director, the resource will be responsible:


  • Manage the budget for the entrusted territories;
  • Develop the business on the assigned territories;
  • Monitor the market;
  • Write/draw up commercial reports;
  • Elaborate complex commercial strategies, proposing different solutions based on the possibilities of each territory in order to maximise the probability of success, i.e.: mainly search and managing for direct key customers and opportunities for exclusive distribution contracts, agencies.

Profilo del candidato

Requirements:


  • Mandatory previous experience between 2 and 6 years in the cosmetic industry, in raw material production companies, distributors or contract manufacturers;
  • Degree in science (Biology, Biotechnology, CTF or Chemistry) or economics;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Italian and/or French language;
  • Availability to travel both domestic and internationally;
  • Result-oriented and problem-solving skills;
  • Dynamism, proactivity, organisational skills, precision and punctuality in carrying out the assigned tasks.


The agreement and the economic treatment will be evaluated individually, in relation to the actual skills, competences and experiences of the candidate.


The selection is aimed at both sexes (L.903/77).
